McKinney-Vento Appeal Form

When a dispute arises, McKinney-Vento liaisons must help the parent or youth appeal to the Commissioner of Education using this form. Liaisons, parents, and youth may use this document as a guide when filling out the Form Notice of Petition during McKinney-Vento disputes. A Microsoft Word version of the Petition may be used if the parent or liaison would like to fill out the form electronically. There is also a fillable version of the form here as well.
