About the Event

The NYSED STAC/Medicaid Unit will present a webinar designed to assist districts in processing requests for reimbursement for homeless placements. Topics covered include:

  • School district and STAC/Medicaid Unit responsibilities;
  • A step-by-step guide for submitting eligibility forms, entering requests for reimbursement approval, and verifying submitted claims for payment; and
  • An overview of chargebacks.

This training is recommended for all district personnel, new or as a refresher, who are responsible for overseeing, conducting, or reporting STAC homeless placements.
